Holding a BA in Economics from NYU and an MBA from USC, he draws on 14 years of experience in asset management and strategic growth. He’s focused on scaling our mission and ensuring our solutions reach the facilities and partners that need them most.

Jessica is the bridge between clinical reality and software design. She is RAC-CT certified, meaning she speaks “MDS” fluently and understands the daily grind of clinical teams. Drawing on years of experience leading product and engineering teams at CoDev, she ensures our tools are as practical as they are powerful.

Kaleo is the architect behind our user experience. After studying Business Finance at BYU-Hawaii and graduating from DevMountain, he led major projects at nCino where he optimized app stability and speed by 80%. He’s the one turning the team’s collective vision into clean, lightning-fast code.

Spencer leads the charge on our proprietary AI. A former Google Data Scientist with a BS in Applied Mathematics from BYU-Idaho and an MS in Statistics from BYU, he’s built everything from agentic AI systems to massive profit-lift models for companies like Walmart.
